It had nice room and towels were fresh. Had a bath. Staff was really helpful and attentive and provided us with a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave.

The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and it had a cozy feel when I entered. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to some major attractions. the staff was very responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions or concerns.

There were several negative aspects that overshadowed the positive ones. the check-in process was a nightmare.

We loved the convenient location with easy transport links. The apartment was clean, well-laid out, and comfortable. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family, and having a dishwasher and washer-dryer made our trip easier. There was a Sainsbury's local nearby for groceries.
